What we're bringing
The Combo Prep Station — SVS2
The SVS2 is our side-engine combo prep station, featuring a shallow drawer above a standard drawer (or vice versa with the VSS2 configuration). Designed as an ergonomic storage solution right at the point of use, it’s ideal for meat, deli and dessert prep, garnish stations, and mise en place.
With a storage capacity of up to 86 litres across the standard drawer (4 x 1/1 GN pans, 100mm deep, up to 40kg) and 65 litres in the shallow drawer (4 x 1/1 GN pans, 75mm deep, up to 30kg), it punches well above its footprint. Both drawers operate across an impressive +15°C to -22°C temperature range, earning an ‘A’ energy rating in fridge mode and a ‘B’ rating in freezer mode. For added versatility, a blast chill option is also available on the standard drawer. The SVS2 is, quite simply, one of the most flexible under-counter refrigeration solutions on the market.
The Compact Drawer - VCC1
Don’t let the size fool you, the Compact VCC1 is a seriously capable unit. This deep drawer compact unit with cover top is built for environments where space is tight but performance can’t be compromised: think mobile catering, service counters, and stations beside fryers or griddles.
With a 69-litre capacity per drawer (1 x 1/1 GN, 100mm deep, up to 30kg), it handles everything from frozen food storage and ice cream holding to upright bottle storage. Like the SVS2, it runs on Hydrocarbon R600a refrigerant across the full +15°C to -22°C range, achieving an ‘A’ energy rating in fridge mode, a remarkable result for a unit this compact. Tested to Climate Class 5 (40°C & 40% relative humidity), it’s built to perform even in demanding kitchen environments.
