Adande in Action: Team Highlights from Q1 2025

As we wrap up the first quarter of 2025, it’s clear that this year is already shaping up to be one full of momentum, connection, and growth here at Adande. From international events to new team additions and exciting industry collaborations, Q1 has been packed with highlights. Here’s a look back at what we’ve been up to and what we’ve learned along the way.

HRC Show Highlights

We kicked off the year by exhibiting at The HRC Show, where our stand featured Unox ovens and Synergy grills on top of our HCS1 and VCR1 drawers. This gave attendees the chance to see a dynamic kitchen setup they might not have seen before. a seamless blend of refrigeration and cutting-edge cooking technology. Both Unox and Synergy are leaders in sustainable cooking equipment, so it was a real pleasure to display their units alongside ours.

One of the biggest takeaways? The increasing importance and interest in our blast chiller. The unit’s ability to switch seamlessly between fridge, freezer and blast chill modes resonated with dealers and visitors alike; proving just how versatile and essential it is in today’s kitchens.

MATT CFSP AWARDED AT HRC SHOW

Well done Matt!

We were also proud to support our EU Sales Manager, Matt, who earned his CFSP Certificate of Accreditation during the event. It was a great reminder of how respected this accreditation is within the industry, and how much professionals value that commitment to ongoing development and expertise.

To top it off, we had a visit from the Craft Guild of Chefs, who stopped by to see their certified badge proudly displayed on our award-winning drawers.

Welcome to the Team, William!

This quarter, we were excited to welcome William, our new Northern Sales Manager, to the Adande family. With a wealth of sales experience, William has already begun making a strong impact. Stepping into the role following Robert’s retirement earlier this year, the two worked closely during the transition, helping William build strong relationships with our Northern dealers and valued customers.

Nisbets Live in Bristol

Synergy Grills joined us as we headed to Nisbets Live in Bristol, where Lyndsay and James helped train up Nisbets on all things Adande. It was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with some of the UK’s favourite catering suppliers and discover new, up-and-coming chefs in the South West. The energy was great that sunny week and it’s always inspiring to see the next generation of culinary talent.

VLS1 chef base adande at NAFEM

Karl in the USA at NAFEM

Adande went international this quarter as Karl travelled to the NAFEM Show in the USA alongside Eloma. There, he introduced attendees to our Shallow series (VLS1) and demonstrated how our chef bases and VCC1 units can dramatically save space and increase efficiency, especially when used with ovens on top. Thanks again to Eloma for having us!

London Tour with Australian Consultants

Our very own Alex hosted a group of Australian consultants for a whirlwind tour of London, featuring stops at top venues like Flat Iron, Shepherd’s Bush Buns and Apollo Brunswick; all proudly using Adande drawers. We’re incredibly grateful to the group from Sangster Design Group, Quantum Design International, Hospitality & Foodservice Consultants, Universal Foodservice Designs, and Stoddart for joining us. It was a pleasure to connect and share our favourite spots with you!

Looking Ahead

Quarter 1 of 2025 has set the tone for an exciting year ahead. We’re proud of the work our team has done, the relationships we’ve built and the insights we’ve gained. From training and certifications to global showcases and culinary partnerships. It’s been a powerful start, we can’t wait to see what the rest of 2025 has in store. Watch this space, we’re just getting started.
